Do you need to exchange an item?
Not a problem - we happily except exchanges for both different sizes and different styles, to ensure that you get the best possible style and fit for your needs! :)
First - make sure that you have e-mailed orders@baci-farfalle.com to let us know your intent to return, and why, so that we can issue you a RMA ORDER ID - you must have this!
Second - Fill out this form, print up, and package along with your returned item.
Third - Simply send back too..

1.) We highly suggest you send it with delivery confirmation (usually only .32 cents or so), in the event that we don't receive it or it is lost by USPS, you will have proof shipment!
2.) All returns MUST have an RMA ORDER ID and MUST be returned to the returns address here, we are not able to track items without a RMA number, or that are NOT sent to the returns address listed above!

NOTE: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned to us with the laces laced up, everything folded back together, intact, and NO wear marks, stretching marks (that make it appear worn), no smoke smell, perfume, etc. We have been recieving many items that appear worn, smell of smoke, and/or are recieved weeks and literally months later. We have up to this point not turned down any item, however with the influx of this, we want to be very clear as to what the expecations are for when you exchange your item - Thank You SO Much :)
